 Camera movements: Crane shot at 1.05 to 1.10. This was used to swoop in and track the movement of the people on jet packs. This allows the audience to feel the motion of the scene and makes the movie more fun to watch as they feel more involved. The handheld shot was at 1.42 to 1.45. This was used to add more realism and tension to the scene. It also allows the scene to be more intense and adds build-up. The handheld keeps the audience on edge as they expect something to happen since the handheld adds tension. The pan shot was at 1.00 to 1.03. This was used to follow the movement of the man while he was running. This allows the audience to feel the movement. This was used to add to the pacing and add to the action.  Editing: A lot of cuts were used between 2.30 to 3.30. This was used to add to the action.  Camera shots: The Establishing shot/Wide shot at 0.52 successfully shows us the full room the old lady was in and shows us that we are in the 1960s. This shot was used to give us a perspective of what era we were in, as the furnishing and the candles are not something you would typically see in the 1980s to the 2000s. Also, this shows us the settings the others are in through the computer, with the blue and black colours showing us that it could be some sort of sci-fi show. The close-up shots from 1.10 to 1.20  establish that all the characters seem focused and determined. This emphasises the importance of what is going on, as we see close-ups of all of the characters' facial expressions. This communicates the intensity of the rest of the clip and implies to us that the whole show is going to be intense.   The over-the-shoulder shot at 3.19 portrays that this idea or plan they had is taking place.   COSTUME: The man in the beginning was wearing a lab coat so that indicated to us that he is a scientist of some sort and is probably someone of high intelligence or high importance. The lab coat could also indicate to us that the scientist could have ben working on something that could be possibly dangerous because some scientists work on things like that. After that is shows us a group of 4 boys playing a game and they are wearing casual clothes that you would wear day to day. the clothing gives us the casual late 90s feeling ands vibe. Their clothing also links to the setting. SETTINGS & PROPS: The first thing we see is a government laboratory that has a sign saying "restricted government area".
