The target audience is posh women and they are speaking about fashion ,which stereotypically, women tend to enjoy

There is a lot of pinkish purple on the dress which links to femininity and normally appeals to women, also there is a green grassy background which links to nature and calmness.

People associated with low brow as they aren't seen as wealthy enough to buy something as little as a magazine

It makes it seem as if the whole of Britain is a large shopping centre for the rich as there is constantly something new for them to do.

They introduce Tatler as a rich and famous magazine conserved for the rich and wealthy. They also add a piece of 'comedy' at the end so it appeals to a wider variety of upper middle class people.

These demographics suggest that the average Tatler reader is a big spender and is very wealthy, they can afford things that not everyone can. They have an extremely disposable income and money.

Tatler readers spent £843 million on fashion on the past year. This shows me that they value fashion as they have spent so much of their disposable money on it 96% of Tatler readers own designer fashion, 81% of them have designer shoes and accessories and 62% of them buy products after seeing them advertised in magazines.

You can find serif and sans. The title of publication is in serif this gives the name of the magazine a more official look and feel. It makes it seem posh and fancy. However the cover lines are in sans. this is because they want it to stand out and it is what they want the audience to read.

The model's shoulder is showing which over-sexualises her, this makes the target audience more interested in the magazine as they might want to dress like her in order to be beautiful. The central image is surrounded by greenery which relates to the audience because many posh, rich people have fancy and well-kept gardens.

Emma Weymouth and Boris Johnson are mentioned. this is so they can relate to the posh people as oftenly they enjoy speaking about politics.

It suggests that they are materialistic and like to speak about serious matters going on.

Women are seen as independent however the woman is objectified and sexualised showing that she isn't dominant and is being used possibly by a man
Black women are represented as wealthy and independent as there is no one else there with her and the eye contact she holds with the camera along with the subtle low angel makes her seem assertive and dominant.
