PARA 1: WHAT IS MADE, TARGET AUDIENCE, THE SOCIAL ISSUE PARA 2: STRUCTURE, THEORY, REPRESENTATION PARA 3: CODES Statement of intent: The magazine will promote a new book titled "THE TRUTH" by a fabricated celebrity, Samuel Polo. It is targeted to people of lower classes. The front cover will have many key conventions of a magazine (Title of publication, central image, coverlines, selling lines, a colour scheme) and these will offer audience pleasures. The coverlines will have other stories that would potentially be in a gossip magazine, this will offer diversion. Also, the inside will continue the same colour scheme and will contain four additional images along side some text.
