Domino Records, and they sold over 350,000 copies in the first week. They chose an independent record label as is wouldn't limit the amount of creative control they had compared to if they had chosen an independent record label.

5) Looking at the wider music industry, has the internet been a positive or negative development for record companies and artists? Why?

Both because it allows them to contact other artists for collaborations, and allows them to market their music with no additional fees, however, with the ability to market and produce music by themselves, some artists may not feel the need to sign to record companies therefore hindering some companies success.
